About Burgrito’s

Lawrence and Darin Laby started developing Bugrito’s in 2015, after they discovered the concept from the original founder, George, and decided to buy the business. Combining the burgers and the burrito, their regular and veggie ‘Burgritos’ are such a hit that they have already garnered positive press from Thrillist, Brooklyn Paper and New York Daily News.

The Problem

When Lawrence and Darin opened their first location, they were doing all of their ordering and inventory themselves. However, as they expanded their operations and delegated those roles to more people, they needed a platform to streamline their ordering and inventory process, while keeping their entire kitchen operations organized. They were looking for a system which their key employees could use to make purchases and count inventory in a transparent and simple way. “We really needed a system that would allow us to monitor our second location without having to physically be there.”
